75 MPH OVER the 65 Limit.....Do not pass Go - Go directly to Jail

The I-10 Bayway was turned into a parking lot Sunday morning. Alabama State Troopers say, they got several complaints from drivers about a group of speeding motorcyclists heading west on Interstate 10.
One Alabama State Trooper near the Wilcox Exit reported seeing the bikers speeding at over a hundred miles an hour.
Another trooper further west estimated they were going over 140 miles an hour.
Troopers called ahead and blocked the westbound lanes of the Bayway near the Causeway exit and stopped the motorcyclists.
12 were taken into custody.

Authorities say the motorcyclists were all taken to the Baldwin County Jail and are charged with traffic violations.
News 5 spoke with one of the bikers, Terry Moore, who says the 12 arrested were part of a larger group of military and retired military riders who were on their way to Mobile to take part in a cancer charity event.
Moore claims the "real" speeders avoided the roadblock. But, he says he's not bitter and that the troopers were just doing their jobs.

Hole Lee Cow. I guess these military guys were working hard and playing harder.

Just a thought...Someone needs to build more racetracks that are open to the public...there should be more designated areas where spee can be enjoyed, but just not on the public freeways. Somewhere in here, there's a balance.

That scares me. I'd have to take along extra underwear.

That's about 25 MPH more than my bike will do, but maybe the 09's will be faster. ;)

Not using good sense, I test drove a Rocket III 135mph. They even gave me a free T-shirt for doing it :)

I bought a slow bike on purpose.
