Two Playing College Football

Got a call from my #2 son from Oklahoma Panhandle State today. He told me he is going to go back out for football this year after taking a year off. So now I'll have one playing in Oklahoma and one in North Dakota. Only problem is, I live in Florida, lol.

Oh well, if it works out for both of them and they are happy, I am too.

They got these things that go up in the air and set you down pretty near close to anyplace you have a mid to go to.

I think the last time I talked to my son was studying on how to be a log truck.

That would be cool but I doubt it will happen. Just funny that both of them are west of the Mississippi and closer to each other than we are to either of them.

Heading out to see the younger one this weekend in North Dakota.

Yep, I am planning on making a bike trip out to see #2 play a game this year. They play in eastern Oklahoma in September, so I may try to get there.

Just got a call from #2 at OPSU, he is starting on Saturday on PAT/FG and punt. He had a key block in scrimmage Saturday that led to a 88 yd TD run.

Well, just got back from North Dakota. Son #3 has been sick for a number of days now but we got to spend some time together while I was there. I'm hoping things get better for him.

Son #2 is doing ok too. He was told late Thursday that there was a change in plans, so he did not dress. He thinks it will be this week or next at the latest since 3 punts where blocked on Saturday and they lost by 10 (gave up 17 pts on the blocked punts). He has a good attitude and continues to perservere.
