Let Us Know You Made it Home

Hopefully everyone has a safe ride home.
Crystal and I made it home about 2:15 Friday afternoon.

It was nice to meet so many folks I hadn't met before.
Not only the North Central members but those from the VRA.
Ray and Gibby were right, you North Central guys/gals are a real nice bunch.
And of course it was good to see all the people from the South Central once again.
Hope to see many of you in Antlers.

Agree! We had a great time, as usual. Great to see and meet new people. Weather cooperated for the most part and the location was great. Thanks to Dave and Ray for a great choice of venue.

Hope you guys made it home with the Arkansas chiggers, they really like new meat. I think some went south and a few were headed north.

Really sad when we had to leave but already looking forward to the next time we can be together again.

We are home as well. Had about twice as far to go (a little over 300 miles) and I think we got home the same time as Dave. :)
Good to see all my old friends and make a few new friends.

Considering I only stopped for about 5 minutes to get fuel, I'd say you two better slow it down.

Darlene and I made it home at 1825. Drove 575.3 miles and I'm very happy I was in a cage and not on the bike. Hit several long and steady rain showers from Arkansas to about 5 miles from home. Both of us had a great time with the old friends and making new ones. The joint regional rally almost reminded me of a National. So many fine folks from as far North as Minnesota and as far South as Texas and 40 miles from the Gulf in Louisiana. The group ride, the food, and Folk Center hospitality were all top notch. Dave, Krystal, Ray, Amin and whoever else did a fine job of putting this together. Much appreciated. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon. Be safe.

Mitch

Annette and I had a really good time meeting and talking with a bunch of new acquaintances and as always old friends. We always enjoy riding in the Mt. View area. I thought I was immune from getting chiggers, but they managed to attach themselves below my calves. Dave and Crystal really know how to put on a shindig, I thought the folk center cabins worked out quite well; I guess that's why Dave gets paid the big bucks. I'm almost ashamed to say this, (with emphasis on almost) but Annette and I made it home at 10:30am and only got 10 drops of rain.

Rally

Bea and I got home about 3:00 after stopping at all the yard sales that I saw (I only saw one ) We ran into ran just as we crossed the Mississippi state line. Just a few minutes after we got home Donald and Kathy from GA. called and we met them for supper, great folks. Oh and it only took about 50 miles to shake all the sticks off my bike that Ray put on it. Any way we had a great time and would like to thank Dave and better half for all they did to make this work, I knew I picked the right person to take my place. You are welcome Dave.

Karen and I made it home about 7 p.m. after only twelve and a half hours of continuously being in transit. We went through some rain and some unbelievable traffic. Waco through Austin was stop and not much go due to construction. We had a great time and really enjoyed seeing old friends and making new ones. We really appreciate all the hard work of Dave, Crystal, Bea, Jim, Amin, Ray and probably countless others we were not aware of. Thanks to Jesse for being a guide on the day we got out for a group ride. We look forward to seeing each of you again soon. As for the biting insects, I'm having a hard time convincing Karen that they are not spider bites. I guess I'll be taking a bleach bath dip soon
