International Bike Show

At this time, I am planning to attend the International Bike Show in Greenville, SC Jan 8-10. I will be riding up with a group of friends from around here on Friday, and attend the show on Saturday before coming home on Saturday afternoon.

Just throwing this out for everyone in that area if you would like to meet up there.

We are riding up unless there is snow or something else going on that would keep us from riding.

Hey Ron, when you say ride do you mean on the bike? From where you live that is going to be a long day on Fri and a really long day on Sat. It's about 400 from here in Jax so 550-6000 for you?
That said would you and your friends mind some company on the ride? My sister live in Landrum SC which is a quick 1/2 hour ride from the Greenville Spartanburg area and it'd be nice to run up with a group and do the bike show and visit her at same time. I also still have the house in Charlotte and like to check on it about every other month also. Still for sale if anyone needs a nice new house!

We are leaving early AM on Friday from what they are saying. I'm sure you could jump in the group. I don't know which way we are going though.

It's only a hop, skip and jump from here or 515.03 miles = 9:26 hours ride time not to mention gas stops. My GPS gave me I-75, 675, 285, 85 to 185 Greenville.

This is probably the route they will be taking according to my friend.

Sounds like a winner...Greenville is just 95 miles from where I live.
If weather is too cold, I'll just bring a photo of my bike and ride down in the car.

Well, hopefully it wont be any colder than 10 and you'll be able to ride Bob. 9 gets too nippy even for me.
