progressive fork springs

need a little help! went thru the search, but didnt find anything. Has anyone put in progressive fork springs. I went to gadgets site and saw the write up there.
As far i i can tell fi nomads take a 11-1145 spring. it is pretty detailed on gadgets site, but was wondering if anyone has found a better/easier way to do this ?? thanks in advance!!

progressive fork springs

Hi, I had Racetech springs and valve modulators installed at a local motocross dealer that worked on suspensions quite a bit. It was better afterwards, but I was expecting more so after spending $600. The Nomad front forks in my opinion do not do a good job and are very harsh when you hit a bump.
