I think Cruiser Customizing has them for 449 with free shipping. The shipping is a scam to get the price up to a profit margin. The eBay deal is about the same when you add it up. I'd rather go with a reputable reseller than take the chance with eBay if the prices are the same.

Baggers on ebay
I just bought a set of V&H Bagger Duals on Ebay as well. The place was asking $419.97 plus about $25.00 shipping. I sent them a e-mail asking if they would take $420.00 total and we made the deal. I haven't received them yet though. This place is a power seller with a feedback rating of 99.8% so I feel pretty confident in what I will receive. If something goes wrong though, I'll be sure to say so.

CW is that if they have a rating of 99.5% or better, they probably are safe bet, particularly if they have a lot of transactions. 99.8% is pretty good.

Baggers on ebay
I think I'm lucky that I have an internet parts shop locally. They will always deal with me if I find a better price. Then I pick it up at the shop and I save on the shipping.

Baggers on ebay
Usually when I buy parts, I go to my local dealer. The parts manager there is a friend and he can typically get me a good deal. When I asked him about the V&H Baggers, he said the best he could let me have them for was $420 + tax (9.75% here). I went the Ebay route because the guy had a good feedback rating and 40 bucks is 40 bucks.

Baggers on ebay
Baggers installed and sounds good. Quality was first rate on these. Like a lot of other guys, the mufflers didn't fit over the header pipes (both sides) the way they should and wouldn't line up with the rear mounting brackets so I had to take a dremel tool to th inside. After that, they slipped right on with no problems. Not sure about the item removed from e-bay comment. The guys I bought mine from are still there. They have been for a long time.
