Fairing seal
Has anyone ever come up with a seal that will fill the gap between the top of the headlight and the bottom of the fairing. Seems like a lot of air comes thru that gap. With colder weather here seems like a good idea.

I have an HD fairing and there's no gap in mine.

That was something I was going to look into over the winter. A lot of bug carnage through there that ends up splattering on the back of the speedo and creates a mess as well.

Seriously, you could try some foam weatherstripping around the headlight. If it is tucked inside, our you got the black, it would not be noticeable, and should help achieve what you are looking for. And if you wanted it out, it isn't permanant. I have stuff like that lying around the house, and suspect a lot of us do. Just need to be creative in the scrap pile in the basement!

My Premeux also fits good. It has a rubber seal between it and the headlight, and like Ring said, a rubber seal between the inner and outer fairing.

I have an HD fairing and headlight and don't have that issue. Sorry.
It shouldn't be too hard to remove your headlight and manufacture a seal from maybe an old tire tube. A strip of it mounted behind the fitment ring you no doubt have to hold/screw your headlight in place.
