Central Rally Group Dinner -

I have identified several possible locations for our group dinner and will be posting links to menu's tomorrow of the ones that looked best. I know we have folks arriving and departing on different days so attendees please respond with your preference for Friday or Saturday.

Ride leaders (and others) please chime in with suggested dinner times to help nail down the arrangements.

Thanks,

Guess the holiday weekend has folks out riding instead of forum surfing. Ride on!

Oh yeah, I did say I was going to post those tonight. Sorry, I'm at work and got caught up actually earning my money for a little while.

After reviewing the Chamber of Commerce Restaurant listings and surfing web pages these looked promising and had capacity to handle a group our size and availability for Friday and Saturday dinner:

Devito's http://www.eureka-springs-usa.com/devito

Forest Hill http://www.foresthillrestaurant.com

Local Flavor Cafe http://www.localflavorcafe.net

This one sounds good and has entertainment on the weekends, but I'm waiting on a menu with a price list. If not for the group dinner, maybe some "on your own" enjoyment. http://rowdybeaver.com

If anyone has other places to suggest please chime in with them.

I've eaten at the Forest Hills Restaurant several times. Reasonable prices and good food. Outstanding breakfast buffet.

LW,
I don't know how many you have confirmed. The VROC-Reunion has used this location www.innoftheozarks.com in the conference center for their Friday night banquet the last few years.

Thanks Chuck :)

C'mon Central attendees your input is needed on the poll. Hopefully the number will increase this evening when y'all get back in from holiday riding.

As long as we can make reservations and they can accomodate everyone, I'm ok with any of the choices.

Forest Hills looks good. On the Eureka Springs website, there was a big bar that seemed to be especially for bikers. I can't remember the name of it right now, but it looked like a great place for a get together.

My opinion is: Don't take 25 bikes in a group Downtown!!! No to limited parking, and they have a loud pipe ordance. The Ozark Buffet has a meeting room they could put us in I think.

Watchman is right about the parking downtown I have been to ES several times and parking can be a problem maybe we should check into the Ozark buffet.

Well I just got back from Eureka for the Blues Fest. wonderful time... alot of bikes, babes, and beer. My wife was able to attend with me and we had a blast. I agree with with the other guys and say stay out of old down town. the only free parking is a short half block section on the street and in front of the pied piper. neither is near our resturant. oh and reguarding the noise ordinace I had the opportunity to speak to the shift sargent on duty and was advised they were only after the bikes with extremely loud pipes that rev up their motors and try to get attention. If attentions what they want then thats what they get. other than that I'm game for any other resturant. the Rowdy beaver is easy to get to and on the main drag.
