Charlie....the NW ARL. He had his Nomad painted orange a couple years ago.

last time I saw him was at the Kanab rally.i just thought he was still mourning the loss of
kris as our regional leader.

Charlie was noticeably absent from the festivities in Orofino and I asked Kris if he'd heard from him at all, since they live fairly near each other. Kris said he hadn't.
