"Biggest loser" 2011 anyone?

Hello all!
I was gauging the interest in having a little weight loss contest for the first 6 months of 2011. It would be based on percent of total body weight lost. The winner would get a prize but of course the real goal would be encouragement and motivation. It would be a great chance to get in shape for summer and the coming riding season.
I am getting ready now by:
1) Trying NOT to gain any weight over the holidays
2) Evaluate what has and hasn't worked for me in the past
3) Looking at my supplements and medications to help me maintain energy
4) Trying to brake some bad habits
Let me know if you would be interested in joining. If a few people are interested I will post the details on January 1st and we can get serious about this and start living a healthier lifestyle. We ain't getting any younger and the last thing my body needs is to haul around extra weight.
Go ahead and respond !!

I bought some of those talking scales once. When I stepped on the first time it said "One at a time please".

I threw it out. ;)

Count me in.

"Biggest loser" 2011 anyone?

I started on this back in September 221 LBS. last night at my weigh in I was 203. Over the years I've tried everything to loss and maintain and so far this has really worked for me . Its Weight Watchers. I've been doing it for 13 weeks.

I am looking into various alternatives also. Many forms of exercises are out for me and I really enjoy eating. I keep putting it off until the first of the year. Might as well sign me up.

I got nothing to lose so that leaves me out. Although here at work this week we have tons of chocolates, cookies, candies and other stuff we don't need being dropped off in our lunchroom.
