how to :
have a video in my e-mail my friend Bob had taken last sat. of some good roads and riding I just don't know haw to post here from my e-mail. I have just a basic membership here.

The only way I know is to upload the video to a public site like youtube and then share the link here.

Vimeo or youtube will work for you. If you use youtube then you just paste the link. If you use Vimeo you use the number that is in the link between vimeo html tags. Open and close brackets.
