If you have not ridden the Going to the Sun Road on a bike before, put it at the top of your to-do list. It's the greatest motorcycle road I've ridden on. I had been on it a few times in a car, but last year I finally rode it on a bike. Wow, it was like a totally different experience! Nothing between your head and heaven except beautiful scenery.

Glacier National Park

I planned to go there this past July but was behind schedule and had to detour up Interstate 15 to Canada. I really enjoyed the stretch between Helena and Great falls, as far as super slabs go.

Maybe next year.
