Just checking in the let you guys know I got home ok. Took 4 hours and I rode in the rain for about 50-60 miles. Still it was fine.

The rally was great as Greg had some fantastic rides mapped out and I think we all had a great time. The roads in Wisconsin are the best in the mid-west, at least from what I have seen.

I thank Dave and Greg for a successful rally and a safe one as well. Lets do this again.
Jim

Good to meet everybody. Would have enjoyed riding with y'all a little more, but had a good visit with family and classmates.

After checking the radar I headed back to MN early this AM and avoided all the little storms that popped up later on.

The Nomad turned over 20,000 miles in the ride home, and that's about 3,000 miles in the last 3 weeks.

Planning to stay closer to home this weekend.

We made it home around noon today (Monday).

I hope everyone had a good time and enjoyed the rides -- especially on Sat & Sun.

It was great for me to get to see everyone again. We'll have to do it again sometime soon!!! :)

Hay GL see you got my pm. glad you made it home to. Same for cal. cal I, can't place you now but will remember sooner or later. I, cut my windshield down 1 1/4" today. Should have done it before but when I got back from PDC knew I wanted to do it for sure.By the way Greg that is one nice bike you have. color black is hard to keep clean but when thay are all shined up a black bike is hard to beat. one of my goldwings and my valkyrie were black.

We got home about 5 pm Sunday. I had great time on the rides and meeting everyone. You all were a great group to spend the weekend with. As usual Greg amazed me with his detailed planning of the rides. Hope to do this again sometime. :)

We made it home about 2:30pm Monday after flying down I-90 instead of the scenic route we had taken thru Iowa to get to PDC. Only took us 7 hours instead of about 9 hours getting there!
Thank you Dave and Greg for the fantastic weekend. Great rides and great food!

Hey all fellow riders from the North Central Rally. We left PDC on Monday around 7:15am pulled in our drive about 7:30pm No rain all sunshine. The round trip for us was 2275 miles & they were great miles.

Greg & Dave, what an awesome time my wife & I had the last 4 days. The roads were great, never realized there were such roads in Wisconsin. Greg you did a wonderful job mapping the rides & throwing all sorts of challenges to us riders.

The people we met for the first time was so much fun. It felt like we had known each other for years.

The weather was perfect. It could not have been better.

We would leave tomorrow & do it all over again.

Once agaiin thanks Greg & Dave.

Looking forward to the next time.

Hi everyone. We left Sunday afternoon and rode into the next nasty looking front. We made it through gaps in the clouds 3 times without getting wet. We varied our route to stop at a couple bike shops and made it home at 6:00 on Monday.
We had a great time and enjoyed meeting everyone.
Thanks Greg and Dave.

Glad to see all of you made it home safe and sound. I know Dave & Donna, Ivan, Chuckster, and Paul all made it back fine as well.

I have been swamped at work since returning; but will get back in the loop soon enough.

For those that have photos, I am going to try and see about setting up a site where you can dump them so we can put a slide show together (or something). Or if possible, any one of you can open a Photobucket account (for free) and dump your pics there. Then if you'll let me know the link (and password) so I can go in a copy them -- that would be just fine as well.

And again... I really enjoyed seeing all of you there. We had an awfully good group of people to spend some time with. We hope you had fun and enjoyed the riding in that area. It is one of my favorite spots.

PS: Don & Melody: my bell is mounted -- right up front!! Thank you. It meant a lot to me.

Cal; the coozie (sp?) has already been put to work keeping a beer cool!!! Thanks again for it. I really appreciated your thoughfulness.

Ditto what Greg says! We had a great time. I knew we'd meet some fine folks, and I was not disappointed. Greg's routes couldn't have been better anywhere. He did a fine, fine job for all of us. Can't wait to do it again!! BnG
