ECU fitment for voyageur to vaquero
Can anyone tell me if all 1700 ECU's are interchangeable between a Voyageur to a Vaquero from the years 2009 - 2015. Thanks. Did a search but couldn't find any info.

I think the ones with O2 sensors would be slightly different ECU programming and only concern. I am running a Varquero in mine.

Thanks for the reply Lumberjack. Never thought of that and I should have since I plugged my 02 sensor when I changed the exhaust on my 2015 Vaquero.

What is it that you are trying to achieve ?
Do you want to buy a spare ECU ? Do you want to send one to Ivan for the reflash ? |

ECU from stock Voyageur to replace Ivanized ECU on Vaquero before selling. Want to put Vaquero back to stock and remove accessories.

Ivan used to advertise that he will return the ECU back to stock free of charge.

If you want it done fast Ivan is going on holiday soon.
July 29th is the last date for getting it there before he goes on holiday and he wont be back until September. http://www.ivansperformanceproducts.com/index.htm |

Thanks redjay. I was just reading about his holidays when I checked out his site. I think I will have to wait until he gets back. I have a couple of motorcycle rides taking me up to mid August which I have committed to. Thanks for all the info

You are the second person that I know of that wants to go back to stock.
MrMikey is the first I know of. Why? If I may ask.

If Ivans ECU reflash makes the bike run better, why take it back to stock? Would seem to be a good selling point.

I may be purchasing a newer Vaquero and installing Ivans reflash on that along with my accessories , if the purchase comes together. If not the possible deal on the Voyageur ECU was too good to pass up if it would work on my Vaquero. I still have to phone and find out for sure. All depends on the possible purchase as it is stock.
