Question bolt needed

Hello: All
I need your help. does anyone have a parts bike? all i need is a bolt. it is the upper one that holds the chrome trim on the triple tree. it is a6mmx 10mm Allan button head bolt. I went on line and to the dealer there only like 1.85-2.00 bucks but they want 8.95 shipping and handling. W T F put in an envelope and stick a stamp on it maybe 2 . i am sorry 8.95 to ship 2.00 bolt not in my life time. so know i am looking for a used one from someone with common sense on shipping. thank you all a very frustrated rider .

Many people see the shipping part but totally forget about the handling part. As in how much time will it take an employee to walk through the warehouse find your bolt take to shipping, package it (even if it's just to drop it into an envelope and then make a shipping label and put it into the pile for outgoing. Now if they charged you for the bolt and 50 cents for shipping and nothing else. How long do you think that company is going to stay in business losing about 8 dollars on every transaction ?

Ace has them, so does the big box stores.

I swapped all of them out on mine from stainless allen head, non button, that way they don't strip the heads so easy.

Have you thought about just buying one from your local Kawasaki dealer?
