Grasshopper Backrest Testimonial

As many of you know, I am going on a St Jude Rides Peoria (IL) to Memphis (TN) tomorrow returning Saturday.

I had a grasshopper backrest and loved it... well I found a deal that I could not pass up on some Mustang seats... and low and behold, the backrest no longer fit!! :'( I was really bummed about that. Well Lonnie (Mr. Grasshopper

) saw my dilemma on the site and and contacted me to figure it out.

Well I am happy to say

he drove from Wisconsin to Peoria Illinois yesterday and stayed at my house from 4 PM or so to about 7:30 and made me a backrest for my trip!!

(power coated and all -- looks great and at no charge to me, wouldn't take gas money or dinner )

I even called Roadman (Dave) and he came over and put in his order for the Mustang Backrest.

Now, how is that for customer service!! I can't speak highly enough of that act. He also wants my feedback for some possible tweaks after my 1000 plus mile ride.

+10 to Lonnie!

I highly suggest that everyone send him a thanks for going above and beyond in today's NO customer service attitudes.

I would like to say Lonnie did a great job for "ScionO" on the backrest.It realy is hard to find that kind of customer service these days.Good job Lonnie!

I sure as hell wish more people/places thought as highly of their customers as Lonnie does!!!
