2018 NC/SC Rally info

The Black Hills has always been on my bucket list and after talking to members that hadn't been and those that wanted to go back I decided that the South Central would be going on a road trip.

Since we were out of our region I hope the North Central might join us and after a phone call they were in.

The NC/SC would like to invite everyone to the 2018 RALLY IN THE BLACK HILLS

Where Custer, SD
When June 18th-22nd
Motel Best Western Buffalo Ridge Inn 310 W Mt Rushmore Rd Custer SD 55730
Phone 605-673-2275
Be sure and mention the VBA when making reservations

Plan on arriving June 18th and leaving the 22nd
We have a 25 room block until May 18th when they will be released
We have 12 king rooms and 13 double queen rooms all will be downstairs (I learned from the last rally)
The room rate is $109 for the king and $119 for a double queen plus tax
There is a large inside pool and hot tub
Breakfast is also included but if you want something different there are 2 restaurants within walking distance.
The motel will be closed October 1 and all reservations between October and May will be through Email

Cancellation
The contract stated a 1 month cancellation for a group but Susan said that it's still 24 hour for individuals ....... I would check when making reservations.

I hope to have a meet and greet cookout on Monday evening. We just need someone to bring a grill.

Well that's it for know we can talk rides, final dinner and raffle in the day to come
I hope to see everybody in SD

Fort wilikit family camp ground is a wonderfully place to camp just down the road from custer. Great amenities showers nice place I have stayed there many times. I think they have 25 tent sites that's where I will stay. Contact info: 605-673-3600

A few series of event have to fall into place and if they do I'm there!!!!!

Thanks for the pics of the Pie Palace Trip.
I still remember that evening like it was last night. Seven or ten people kicking rocks and brain farting ideas of where to go and they all stunk. Then you mentioned the Purple Pie Palace and it was a hell yeah unanimous!!!!!

I think I was born with some kind of sixth pie sense. All my DNA seems to motivate that way.
