Went shopping today

My wife and I decided that it was time to upgrade to a larger bike because we're able to do a little more travelling now . Here in Sask the Vaquero is a hard one to acquire . I'm sure I'm going to learn a lot from previous posts and I won't hesitate to ask ... I was very lucky to have spotted this one at the Indian dealership ..... and jumped on this one right away . Picking it up on Saturday . They're putting new tires on it and getting it ready to go . They've also ordered a new door for the saddle bag included in the price of the bike .

Here's my new 2013 1700cc 24000 km

congratulations on your new ride I think you and your better half will be happy,
I came off a nomad too, the first thing you'll notice is how better it handles, and wants to go fast

Thank-you SB , the next three days are going to be very long ones . Can't wait to get out and see how this one handles . My Boss rides a road glide and says I'll love the frame mounted fairing . I figure it will take a bit of getting use too though .

I do remember seeing your nomad that you painted (awesome )

Congrats on the new ride!

First thing I had to get used to was the windshield not moving when I turned the bars. Nothing bad, just odd. On windy days, I've come to appreciate it not moving.

Congratulations. I went from a Nomad to a Voyager and never even noticed the fairing was frame mounted until about a week after I bought it !

Congrats on the new ride. I've ridden several Vaquero's and Voyagers, and yes they do handle better than my 1600,but I like the ride of my 1600 better, just because it fits me better.
