Grin Ape hangers

Got a question about ape hangers. What is the tallest bars you can put on a 1600 without having to change the cables? I have phat riser II's on now but want to get rid of them and put on apes.

I was able to run the stock brake and clutch lines with 10" but had to change the front brake line with the 12" set.

The throttle cables worked by rerouting them.

I had a set of DMyers 12.5" bars on my '07. I had to reroute everything but it all worked fine.

I got 14" KST straight jacket apes to fit by milling a half inch off of the stock risers. I love them.

I've put 10" on some bikes, no problems, I tried 12" bagger apes on mine, even with rerunning lines, one was so tight it was whistling Dixie! Would've had to change the main brake feed like and run throttle cables in rear of the tripletree.
I Love the 10", does wonders for my back, my arms and hands are straight, don't kill me anymore from the funky wrist angle.
