Is it just me or does it seem that we are doing a lot better in the metal race than in the past? Christine Nesbit just won gold in womens speed skating making it 7 metals for Canada in total so far.

I can't believe they interrupted coverage of the Olympics on a number of Canadian channels today to air the Tiger Woods press conference.

Congratulations my Canadian bretheren! That final was one heck of a game. I was on the edge of my recliner for the OT. I'm glad it ended when it did before I suffered a stroke or heart attack. My heart goes out to your young lady whose mother passed away but continued to skate for her medal. What a brave young athelete she is. Congratulations again.

That was a great game. The OT was a nail biter for sure and it really could have gone either way. I don't know how Joannie Rochette was able to preform after her mother's death either. It shows the caliber of athletes at the Olympics.

My wife kept telling me to settle down before I have a heart attack as well. ;)
I probably watched and enjoyed more of these Olympic games than any other hands down.

Riding sounds good :) But it will be awhile here. I am driving to Florida in about 4 weeks and will be there for 4 weeks ,so by the time I get back I am on 2 wheels again, can't wait :) But don't want to rush it eithor. I don't know if its me but time is going by way too fast! LOL
