Bike Week 2010

I'll be going over on Saturday and staying till Sunday this weekend. Then next week, Mike, Jim, Leanne and I will be doing the IBA Legends SS1000 on Thursday...riding 1000 miles around Florida in 24 hours. On Friday, Mike and I will be down in Daytona for a bit before going back to Jax for IBA banquet.

If anybody wants to meet up over that time period, let me know.

That first Saturday, the 27th you need to stop at downtown Deland before hitting Daytona. I can meet you there.

It's usually pretty wild and hard to find folks. I will be riding up Saturday and Sunday. I'll give you a buzz and see if we can't catch lunch...

My plans are to go to Daytona on Friday to the JP store arriving around 11 AM to meet Ernest Foster who is a Kawanower from IL. We are going to have lunch and talk about a couple long rides. I could meet you along the way Eric or meet any or all of you once I am down there?

Then Sunday Feb 28th. Meet David ‘Old Navy’ at the Gate station, US1 at CR210, kickstands up at 9:00 am. We will ride down to the Down the Hatch restaruant in Ponce Inlet for a meet-and-greet with Southern Cruisers from all over. This is an 85-mile ride with a stop in Bunnell. www.down-the-hatch-seafood.com

Monday I and a Friend (bike in shop from accident) are going to take the Vette to the speedway and spend the day doing test rides, if the weather is good.

Ross, that is the same ride I'm talking about. We will be leaving early on Friday, March 5 to the Speedway from Jax...staying at Ramada Inn on the south side of town. I'll give you a call and let you know. Jim and Leanne may come too, we haven't talked about it yet.

Jim, I'll give you a call when I get over there. Right now, it is looking like 50/50 on Saturday.

Ross, I don't believe I have ever eaten at Down The Hatch and that sounds like a good time.
