Well, I have used them, because folks wanted to run a cheaper pump, money wise, on their project....
They are made for a bunch of different applications....they're decent, though I'd never use them in apps. that are indeed totally custom, because they don't have the reputation of the better pumps.

QFS, and the others I trust, kemso, not so much. Not because its a bad make, they just don't have the following of alot of mechanics. A cheap pump install, lets say, in a bike that takes alot of time to install on like a roadglide, vaquaro, or such, you spend alot of time disassembling, etc, and you want it to live, its best to stick with brand names.
Your always rolling the bones when using these on your project.

If you wanna spend a little money replacing something, then 2 years down the road, you gotta replace it again, by all means use it.
If my reputation is on the line, I use something I KNOW that will work....
Just my 2 pecos....

Yes, Quantum Fuel Systems....QFS....
I learned my lesson working for the dealerships....tried using some off brand voltage regs....fried them inside of 1 year on several bikes, 1 inside of 6 months....it doesn't pay for saving a few $$$$ on your repair, if you'll have to redo it in short order....
Like I said, its not that the pumps aren't good, just iffy in some installs....
Like my tank tools, I can pull a tank and have it sitting up off the bike in about 20 minutes....I have carpeted/padded wood blocks made for some diff. bikes that allow me to connect/disconnect the wires/fuel lines quickly....making my job easier, I just don't like redo's....
