2010 End of Rally Cookout

We will be grilling dogs and burgers on Thursday night at the campground pavillion. Cost will be $2.00 a head to cover rent of pavillion, charcoal and meat. If you can bring a side dish, that would be great.

We also need to start thinking about getting some freebies together to give away that night. If everyone brings something, doesn't have to be a new Nomad (although, that would be nice), it will be a good deal for everyone. If you can't, that is ok too.

No, I try not to make any bad jokes...I never refer to them as door prizes because of that very reason.

I mentioned the rally to our local dealer back in the summer. He said they would be happy to provide some giveaways and also mentioned that the Kawa regional rep now lives in Richmond, could see if he can provide anything since he is so close by. Just a suggestion.

We are still going to have a final get-together but we are canceling the BBQ catering. It was going to be too much per person with so few people attending. I think we are going to find either a park or something were we can gather on Thursday night to have a meal. I'll keep you posted.

I am waiting to hear from the campground later today. They have a pavallion that is available for rent, with grills. It would be around $3.25 a person for the rental. We could do dogs and burgers, with some side stuff that we pick up.

Ron, I think what sarge was suggesting is for us to keep it simple. That all of us could just show up at the "Clampet Mobile"

where you could have dogs and burgers and chilli and cold beer and apple cinnomin crunch with french vanilla ice cream and smores ready for us

and we sit around the fire and partake of your hospitality! Sound Good ;)? All if favor say "AYE"!

I'm just kidding Ron ::)....................it doesn't really have to be french vanilla.............................. regular vanilla will be fine :).
