Krator Batwing Fairing

Anyone heard/or have one of these Krator 17" Batwing. Looks indentical to the Memphis Shades fairing. This one is sold by Kapscomoto.com in Canada for $165.00 it does't come with a windshield, they don't sell them but says on website is compatable with MS windshields and trigger lock system. Apparently it bolts right on to existing windshield mounts with no mods necessary.
I'm on a tight budget...... I really like the Reckless but it's over my pay grade

As you know its just the batwing, no mounting kit or windshield but its $400 less than a Memphis Shades batwing. If you decide to buy it make sure the Memphis Shades mounting kit is still available for your bike, it might not be.

Redjay, I talked to the people at Kapsco they assured me that the "fitament' is exact to the nomad oem windshield mounts. ONLY if I want a quick detach system then they recommend the MS hardware. I think I'll get it and post the results when I have it installed. Thanks for your reply.

Their web page say it doesn't include mounting hardware. Pictures don't show any mounting brackets. It looks just like the Memphis Shade one I had on my 1600 at one time. It did mount right to the existing windshield mounts. But I still had to have the hardware for the bat wing to mount it to the bike.

Hopefully you get hardware with it to mount.

Side note MS makes nice recurve windshields for these. At least they use to.

If you need brackets. These might work and better cost.

yes need the MS trigger lock mounting hardware $300 with tax in Canada. Sent the fairing back BUT it is amazing quality for that price. Just not into $700 for the complete set up.
Yeah... I'm cheap!
