Called to Iraq.....

Well, it appears that Flightdoc has been called up for duty in Iraq. Things are getting busy for Vinnie. Even though he offered to continue to be the safety officer and moderator of this board, I know how strapped his time is. I suggested that Vinnie go ahead and resign so that he can devote more time to his eventual departure.

I know everyone joins me in wishing Vinnie a successful tour and await his safe return to us here in the states. While in Iraq, Vinnie will still be logging on from time to time as a regular member.

We are making some changes in the structure of the KawaNOW staff. More on that later.......

Thanks to all for the well wishes.
As some of you "OLDER" members that may be veterans of the war I started with ( Vietnam)
know how attitutudes are so very different towards soldiers today as they where back then. It truly touches my heart.
I don't leave until this coming summer but have so much to get done. I will still be hitting Kawanow until I leave and hopefully while I'm over there. Being able to "talk" with you guys would be a settling thing to be able to do.
