Talked to Jim "oldbikers" Hardin

Called Jim this afternoon and the trip to the doctor turned out to be more than he thought it would. Bea told me that he just came out of ICU and that Jim had a 5- by-pass surgery a few days ago.I talked with Bea for a few minutes when Jim came to and I got to speak to him a little. Jim sounded very, very weak but in good spirits. He talk about cars, motorcycles and a lot about life, . He has a long ways to go, but this is a good man we have here in our mist.

God speed , Jim

My thoughts are with you... my Dad had a 3 way bypass a while back and it took a long time to get back to "normal".

Them there are some good drugs. I would venture to say if we're goin to have a ride, we'll be sure to tell ya where and when.
The second post I would interpret as "Oh crap"!

Its great to hear Oldbiker is going to be coming back. Maybe we need a rally for when he is physically ready to get out.

Thanks to M "old man" Martin for checking on him for all of us.

After a few shots of tequila, this makes perfect sense.

After my heart attack and stint, my doctor told me to get more exercise. I told him I would ride my bike at least an hour a day. I think he thought I was talking about my exercise bike. :)

Best wishes for a speedy recovery!
