Please be careful out there

This is from our local paper about an accident less then 10 miles from me. I do not know this person even though he owned a 2006 Kawasaki.

R.I.P. Jason

CHP officers were called to a solo motorcycle crash at 6:10 p.m. on Pony Express Trail at Pony Express Court, according to a CHP collision report.

Residents in the area aided the rider, 48-year-old Pollock Pines resident Jason Trowsdale, until paramedics transported him to Marshall Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 7:06 p.m.

Trowsdale had been riding his 2006 Kawasaki. The cause of the collision, including the possibility of DUI, is under investigation, according to CHP officials.

The weather was reported to have been clear with daylight.

Safety measures must be the first and foremost priority of every rider because riding isn't more important than your life. As this post is quite old now but road accidents are not, numerous road accidents are being recorded yearly just because of rider's negligence.
