Sunglasses? Do You Wear Them?
BikerOrNot has these sunglasses listed. Anyone have them or tried them?
They are so inexpensive, there has to be something not right with them. http://bit.ly/LTfhvJ

Some of the reviews don't seem real. Nice price though.

I bought some sunglasses supposedly made for bikes. The lenses are lighter at the bottom than the top and have a bifocal part at the bottom. Great for us old guys who can't see the gps clearly with out glasses.

I wear a $10 pair of clip on sun glasses from Walmart.
I'm waiting for Gmax to come out with a full face helmet with an internal sun visor. They have one for there modular helmet but modulars are to freakin heavy for me.

If a dealer near you has them try the new Scorpion Modular it is nice
I looked it up it is about 8 oz heavier than the gmax non visor The Nolan n104 http://www.webbikeworld.com/r2/motor...t/nolan-n-104/ weighs in a little less 3 lb 13 oz. adding the drop down sun visor will add some weight these are more expensive than the gmax but if they come out with a drop down visor the price will go up on them also

I have a $10 pair of motorcycle glasses that I bought from a local leather place. I also went and bought some the Paul Jr Design motorcycle glasses (The cheaper ones, not the pair he wears) for $30. I like the way the look and function, but the ear pieces squeeze my head too much and give me a headache. I have a rather large head though (my wife tells me that too), so they may not be as bad on some people.

Tim, look at the Nolan N-43. It is light, has the internal viser etc, etc.

I'm lookin for a full face with the drop down sun shield.
The Nolan is a modular of sorts. It has a face guard that is removable, not a fan of that. I also want a helmet that fastens with D-Rings. The only helmet that I have found so far that has what I am lookin for is a schuberth S2, but it is $699.

Lowe's and Home Depot have safety sunglasses. I bought some oversized ones that give good "wraparound" protection. Range from $20-30

When I was on my way to Crescent City last year, my first night I was in the LA area, I rode to dinner and it was almost dark when I came out. I realized I forgot to bring my night riding glasses. Assuming no motorcycle shops are open at 8:00 on a Saturday night, I went to Lowe's and bought a pair of clear 3M safety glasses.
