So... you're saying that this guy is a fraud???? ???
If so... do everyone a favor and report him to Ebay. Otherwise... I am a bit confused as to your post... sorry.

Im a bit confused by the post also. I checked the Ebay ad and it says its an aftermarket item, and if you need instructions to contact him. The rails are easy enough to mount, so I don't see too many really needing instructions to drill three holes.

I deleted the original post. The wife already posted a similar thread.

I agree with Steve, as I mentioned. I don't see the fraud here. It looks like he is selling after-market saddlebag rails for a Nomad and has posted some pictures of Nomads.
Not sure why that is a problem -- unless I am missing something. As I posted on your other post CheriAnn... anyone can use a picture that has been posted in the public domain -- unless there is a copyright for the picture. (Magazines; professional photographers, and other such media resources copyrigh their pictures) Sorry, but regarding the use of your pictures... you have no recourse.

It might not be illegal to post the picture but if it isn't the item you are trying to sell then you are commiting a sort of fraud.
