1500 nomad tow hitch
Hello, has anyone got a towhitch for my 1999 1500 nomad, they are as rare as rocking horse shit in the UK, if i buy new from the USA the import taxes are stupid high, so if you know of a used one i would be grateful, thank you, Mick.

Thanks to you blokes suggesting that i make tow hitch, i just watched a bloke on you tube fit one, i didnt realise how easy it would be to make, 2 pieces of flat steel plate shaped and bolted to the frame via the inside of the rear fender and a piece across the bottom to fix the ball hitch and electric socket to, £50 ($80) all in i reckon ! Mick.

Hello mate, i just got to the stage where i can start to build one, i need to know the size of the metal plate to use, i am thinking 3/8th, there is a gap between the tyre and the fender, do you know what it is ? also on the inside of the fender there is a plate to recieve the bolts, do you know the size of that. Mick.
