Back on the road finally
Its been two weeks since I laid my bike down due to being cut off in traffic. Had to unbend the handle bars and bleed the clutch but she is finally back on the road.

Great Work Dude! I kinda go ballistic when shit happens to my Bike! Last time someone cut me off, I laid down my ElectraGlide it was because of some asshole, I've been riding long enough I laid her down, slide my leg from under her, let the momentum carry me up to my feet, and I purposely hit the pass. door with my helmet, shattering it, then I kneed it in the middle of the door, then I tore the mirror off, then cussed the guy out, saying he was trying to kill me! (Asshole was on his flip phone, this was in the late 90's).
A couple of people that knew me hopped outta their car to help my drag my bruised and scrapped bike from under his lifted Ford F150.... Cops showed up minutes later, I continued to ream him out....cops threatened to arrest me.... I too had bent handlebars, crashbar, floorboard was jacked up, lost my rightside saddlebag, my aircleaner, big ole dent in my left fueltank from his round runningboard. Guy stopped dead in his tracks, if he'd kept going I could've ditched it safely in the grass between the lanes.... Hope you didn't have much asphalt rash to contend with, and didn't have any paint pucker to deal with.... Alotta folks are ignorant while driving....you have to watch them every second! I'm thinking about getting some of the 3 puck meanie calipers and put on my bike, if they'd fit! Thats the reason why I have air horns, and like my bike loud, and to be really lit up at night.... I think people don't even care anymore.... I'm not as graceful as that anymore, I'm older, gained weight, but I can still raise hell with them....they need to learn....

You gotta use the 02 or 03 Meanie forks. And they will slide right in the triples. The Meanie brakes will lift the ass end of these big old cruisers off the ground. Guess how I know!! But they're definitely a big improvement once you learn how to keep from puckering your underwear way up your ass.

It's the brakes off the Z14, or whichever squid bike was the Big Bad at the time. It takes some getting used too, they'll lock the front wheel up in a heartbeat.

The kicker is that the Meanie's rotors are 320mm and the 1500 Nomad is 11".
