I don't know that the Kaw part number is but you can go to Cheapcycleparts.com or Bikebandit.com and order the seal there. It would be in the "Clutch" schematic.

Clutch pushrod seal

Cheap Cycle Parts list Rod-Push, Clutch with a number of 13116-1102. Don't know if that will help you or not. Didn't see a listing for the seal. Hope this might help you.

Like Mitch said, go to their online site and you can pull up the parts drawings with numbers.

Checked Bikebandit and my service manual and no part listed for a seal. I have seen on this forum many saying that this is a very easy job to do, yet no one seems to know a part#. Has anyone actually done this repair? If so, where did you get the seal?

Take the old seal out, and have a bearing supplier match it up for you. They can either read the numbers on the old seal, or measure it to find a replacement.

Is the seal bad (leaking) or did it come loose and ride up the pushrod shaft? If it isn't leaking, just glue it back into place with some gasket adhesive. Be careful not to push it into the crankcase, or you'll have what I like to call "a problem".

Good job Lomax. I could not locate that. As for have I done this job, no I haven't as The Nomad only has 9,100 miles on it. But am sure there are many that have done it. Probably used the old seal if it wasn't damaged.

Thanks lomax, I searched everywhere and could not find that part#
I googled that # and it is for a KZ1000. I ordered it anyway, hope it works. I'll keep you updated and if it works will file that # away for future use. Thanks again.

Clutch pushrod seal

Your welcome. That seal may fit many applications. This is an easy repair. I would still use a bit of gasket glue or something around the edges before putting it in and, like CJ said, don't push it in to far. Flush with the outside of the case is good! Have fun.

Clutch pushrod seal

Gadgets site has detailed instructions for this repair. I had to repair mine at 53,000 miles. I did not need any parts, removed, cleaned and put rtv slicone lightly around seal and pressed back into place with the rod installed with a deep well socket. If you push it to far the rod will catch it and let you retrieve the seal although it most likely will be damaged when you fish it back out. It is a very easy repair just push back in until flush. I waited a couple of hours before starting engine to allow the rtv to set up a little. I have put about 2500 more miles on since then and no leaks.

I didn't replace the seal, just had a leak but this may help anyway:

As for parts, like others said, check bike bandit or ron ayers websites
