I don't really see a huge problem here. The bike has plenty of braking capacity and he probably uses a sling or a shallow ramp by hand to get the boat in the water.

Make the fuel processor and debaffle one project. You'll be glad you did. I did the triumvirate of mods; intake, processor, debaff and it really woke up the engine on my '04 1500.

Seems like a great deal for a ready-to-ride bike. Do you have any hp figures per the fuel module dyna run? I have the same bike, although not equipped to your level.
