Towing a boat...
Saw this picture on an FB HD page. Don't know if it has been posted here before. Sorry if so; but I thought this was nuts...

Looking at the trailer wheel's i cant see any brake hub's either.

We have a local guy that pulls a trailer with his canoe and some toys in it,
for the local toy run. People seem to really like it, I spotted him at Americade a couple of times too.

Assuming it is a 14 footer, the aluminum boat weighs in around 285lbs if it is a quality built boat, looks like around a 15hp, mine weighs in at 89lbs and the trailer is a pretty basic galvinized job probably weighing 230-250lbs, so he is probably pulling around 625 lbs if there is no other gear in the boat.

I don't really see a huge problem here. The bike has plenty of braking capacity and he probably uses a sling or a shallow ramp by hand to get the boat in the water.

As a newbie trailer puller...[ with my truck ] i sure hope he has an anti sway and equalizer hitch....LOL
