Cobra powerpro and idle adjustment on Vaquero

prior to installing the Cobra auto tuner on my 2012 vaquero I could easily change the idle adjustment with no problem....but since installing the auto tuner I can only get to that function about half...

As the title says once I installed my Cobra Power Pro auto tuner my miles per gallon increase from35-36 to 40 mpg... I am very impressed with that but there is still a lot of backfiring around 2000...
