Cobra powerpro and idle adjustment on Vaquero

prior to installing the Cobra auto tuner on my 2012 vaquero I could easily change the idle adjustment with no problem....but since installing the auto tuner I can only get to that function about half the time now...sometimes it works without issue the other times it will not even let me get to the idle adjustment function....has anyone else experienced this issue and is there a solution?
