I made some from Idaho's plan too. Used plywood to make a template, then attached the ply to the lexan with double-sided tape and cut them out on a router table with a top bearing bit. Good thing I saved the template too because I used it to make a new pair of lowers once I put the fairing on.

OK, let's try this.
Open the attached file call "Lowers-print-8x11.pdf"
In Adobe Reader, click File - Print
Set the Page Scaling = None
Under Properties set print to Landscape (not portrait)
Print it.

Once printed, match up the X on the two pages.
The finished template should be 18.5 inches at its longest point.

If this doesn't work, or you don't want to play paper dolls, let me know and I'll snail mail you a copy.

Lexan would be good to use. Or, like some have said just keep them wood. Glad you like them.
