I sent my order in via the PDF form and email. I did this a couple of years ago with my FJR as well so I have no experience with the online electronic form. Didn't fully trust it then with so many ordering at one time and don't fully trust it this time.

If you sent your order in and got something in return that was different from what the majority received, I would definately contact RDL and check on it. I would rather be "That Guy" than the one left without a seat when the music quits playing. I do know that you are not going to receive a confirmation per se, but you should have received the summary notice that others have seen.

It's 20% off your entire order except for shipping and insurance. I'm pretty sure RDL will make the correct adjustment to your total if you didn't include the backrest, but just in case, I'd address it with Kim when they send you your build date email.

The last group buy I was involved in (two years ago) they contacted me in less than a week. Can't remeber the exact timeframe, but it was within that 2-4 day window.

That's good news. I'll get it fixed when I talk to them.
Assuming that I'm one of the first 125.
Thanks for your efforts in getting this done.
I've been debating getting an RDL saddle for sometime.
It's a lot of money, and I don't do that many long rides.
But what the hell....it's only money

Thank You for your submission. Your order is being processed.
We will contact you within 2-4 working days to confirm your order and review all the details.
If you didn't see that I doubt it went thru.

This is what happened to me.

After I submitted the order form online I got a new page that simply said, ProcessForm 3.0.15

Not being sure that my order went through I immediately sent an email asking for Daylong to acknowledge my order. No response as yet.

Please submit the online order form without the pictures and you can email your pictures to info@day-long.com as attachments to your email.

I did resize my pictures before I uploaded them.
I suggest you guys resubmit your orders.

I wouldn't expect RDL to be returning emails for a bit. They are possibly fielding over 100 orders in a single business day. If you are in doubt about your order, call them and check on it. Don't roll the dice that it went through when all signs point to the opposite.

The downloadable PDF form was acting up on me, so I just filled out the form on the RDL webpage, uploaded my photos and sent it off. I got an immediate confirmation "Thank you for your submission. Your order is being processed. We will contact you within 2-4 working days"...etc, etc. I thought that maybe the downloadable PDF was intended for those that wanted to fax their orders in? In any event, I think I'm ok.

Looks like I played too nice when I waited til 10am local(central) time to send the email to them, thinking they might reject it if it arrived before 8am Pacific. Some of you guys got the jump start. :)

Like some others, I had to download the pdf, open it, fill it out, print it, scan it, and attach it as a file with the pics. After all that drama, I sure hope it works out.

I submitted by email and have not received a confirmation of any kind. Should I be concerned? Is the concern only for those that submitted the online form and did not get a confirmation screen/page to come up?
