It's certainly Wompus' choice as to whether he wants to donate or not. As for his actions on the forum, he'll just have to abide by the rules like everyone else.

Yeah, I have two Nomads now and was going to donate one of them for a door prize but with all the ball bustin thrown at me on this forum that sure as hell ain't going to happen either
