Grips for Vaquero

Does anyone know if any 1" grip will fit on the vaquero? If so I am assuming any 1" Harley (pre-ride by wire) will work? I just dont know if the throttle side are the same, smaller or larger?

The throttle and clutch side are both 1". I have not attempted to take the grip off of the throttle sleeve though. My replacement grips came with the sleeve. I have 2 very lightly used sets of Avon Air grips for sale if you're interested. They are both chrome and black, 1 set with the throttle boss and 1 without. $35with, $30 without, $5 shipping US. Did the avons fit right on with no maodification? Are the ones you have available rounded edges or spike? I am looking for the Avon Contrast Cut.

They are the avon airs. If there are several models, I'm not smart enough to know it. They fit with no mods. Super easy. Since I'm also not smart enough to post a picture, you may want to google what I'm calling them. My guess is that they're not the same. Nice grips, I just wanted something with a little stickier feel. Hands get sweaty in oklahoma.

A 1 inch grip will fit, the bars are 1&1/4 inch but stepped down to 1 inch where the grips go on. I put the Kuryakyn Black ISO grips on my Vaquero, awesome.

Keep in mind, that HD grips come with HD throttle sleeve. They will not work on Kaw's. The grips are the same, but the sleeve is different. You can replace the sleeve, or just buy a set, made for your bike. All Kawasaki grips. with 1" bars will work, on your bike.
