First post Vaquero LED Lighting

Just wanted to say that I have been using this forum to help me with so many upgrades and mods. The information has been outstanding. So thanks to all members who contribute. That said, I wanted to post something that I have been working on since last year but only came to fruition by accident after looking for hitch options for my Vaquero. Many members were recommending Chuckster for his hitches and many other items he offered. Last year, I wanted to cover up the hole left on the left side of the motor after removing the stock air box. I don't have a machine shop and was having a hard time finding a local shop to cut 1 piece of aluminum let alone put a design on it. Then i look at Chucksters website and BOOM, there is my plate. I wanted to back light it so the design would be lit up with the under lighting i had already installed. I emailed Chuckster thru his website and he called me not an hour later being that my idea was interesting. So after talking to him, I ordered a plate and he cut the design all the way through. He had the plate to me within 10 days. So I went to work. The pictures say it all. We are going to start offering these for sale very soon. They can be made with most basic colors. Mine is purple/blacklight. I can make them in blue, red, green, amber or yellow, white and pink. might be able to do others, but i will have to research it. Price will be around $160 to $175 depending. I want to thank Chuckster for all his input. We are going to try and get templates made for other size motors besides the 1700. pm me if you have any questions or if you're interested.

mpss. I already had the underlighting done so i just tapped into an existing wire. Little heat shrink and done. There is multiple led's behind it. There's more than meets the eye. If i told you how its made, i couldn't sell any. Lol. If i can get 10 orders at a time, i can get the price to about 150 and a small shipping charge. All you have to do is wire it in and bolt it up. It comes with the allen head bolts and the spacers needed straight from Chuckster.
