In July we had a 40 y.o. woman who lost her 9 y.o. daughter to the DCF custody, her other child is going through a similar process in another county. She is a addict plus she has been on Rx medicines. She hasn't been right for about a year according to her 20 y.o. daughter. This woman shot the DCF worker of her case where she lost her 9 y.o. She is the suspect of the murders earlier that day of her Aunt and 2 cousins. So far she has only been charged with the DCF worker murder. Her former boyfriend has something to do with this mess and has wanted to see her. For some reason he was at his sisters house waving his gun around. She called the police and they spotted his car at a local store, they then had a 2 hour standoff. He is being held at the local Mental facility. Big news around here, the family is really large and most of them live and work in the area. It seems that everyone knows some of them. Pretty sad turn of events. We really don't have that many murders here, but you never know who you will encounter when you are out and about. In a large city or state this wouldn't be a big deal, but this is what kept the news crews from showing up at Mulligans.
