This story keeps bothering me, been on my mind repeatedly since I heard it. I am distressed by the news reporting that the motorcyclist had some driving record issues and was himself operating recklessly. Distressed because the implication is the biker 'got what he deserved' rather than focusing on senseless and deliberate, aggressive violence of the cager's actions and how much worse it could have been. One or both riders could have easily died - EASILY - and that fugker doesn't care the slightest. Waste of flesh.

Unfortunately I'm betting this guy will not spend a day in jail. A civil suit will be the only way to nail him. Why??? Because that's what happens most of the time.
