It's the main reason I opted for the Freedom Performance.

No, but I ride two up.
so pushing hard in the corners is out of the question. Don't get me wrong I like a good corner, but I dont ride it like a sport bike either. it's the front cyl. headpipe the way its routed behind the floorboard its a little lower than freedoms.

I love to corner with aplomb and my Vaquero had the V&H pro 2-1 pipe and yes, one day on a hard right turn, the bike bottomed down on the heat shield for the front cylinder leaving a significant scrape underneath. So I did the right thing and purchased the Freedom Performance combat 2-1 which not only looks nicer and makes at least as much or better power, but also tucks away tighter and higher thus taking away scraping possibilities and I run about 35 lbs. of air in the rear shocks....that is what was in those at the time the V&H pipe was on the bike at the time of the scrape.

YEP....first time I rode my skoot with the smash and smines exhaust on my Vaq I hit the front shield on a mild right hand turn.
I lived with that crap for far too long then got the FP 2-1. I still hit the shield but no wheres as much, plus the FP made more H.P.! RACNRAY
