Tri color paint jobs are nearly impossible to match., especially with no area to blend the colors. The shop should have known that.
Have the shop buy you new parts or paint the whole bike.

Received my repainted parts back. They are red. No charge. Painted 5 times. I ordered the saddlebag cover and decal which cost $380 including tax. The dealer did me a favor and is selling at their cost. I asked the painter to paint the fender gloss black (no charge of course) and I will see how this looks. I think it will look not bad. The original quote was $350 so if the fender looks good black then I have a cheap custom paint job. If not a new candy burnt orange fender would be another $460 (dealer cost plus tax). Why the painter never tried test panels is beyond me, but a lesson for me in the future.
