Question What part goes here?

This is my 06 Nomad.

It looks like there is a part missing, but I don’t have any idea what it could be. I cannot tell from microfiches nor can a find a good picture of somebody else’s front side.

Could someone help me out here?
What attaches to these brackets under the turn signals?

Sorry for the upside down pictures. I’m not smart enough to flip them over.

Looks like "el cheapo" fog/driving lamp brackets where the light box has been removed. I don't believe they are from any aftermarket lightbar assembly.

If not mistaken, I am right side up, the screws should have secured a wire bracket with grommet for the front brake hoses after the splitter. #92171/92171A on this diagram https://www.ronayers.com/oemparts/a/...aster-cylinder

Yep, there must have been some auxiliary lights on those brackets at some point.

Those two black brackets have been added by a previous owner for what ever reason IMO.
My 2008 is stock in that area and I bought it new. The two bolts hold up the turn signal bar and a wire bale for the left side brake hose as already mentioned.

Thanks for the replies. I will see if I can remove them.

You never can tell what someone may have done before on a used bike.
This bike is mostly unmolested with the exception of those brackets, a gps mount, and a 12v power socket.

I had a 93 Vulcan 88. I discovered two threaded holes underside of the triple tree. I queried the dealer who went to Kawi to find out what they were for. He said they were for a spot light kit that never came out. I used two booarang shaped footpeg relocation brackets for HD Softtails and aftermarket spotlights to make my own light kit. In those days there were almost no accessories for Jap bikes. I added Fat Boy bars which were very comfortable and helped make the bike easier to handle at slow speeds. I did a handful of other stuff. I really miss that bike.
