Idaho Jack Adapters

These are about at the end. I have 15 left and when they are gone they are gone for good. The adapters fit 2000 to 2008 1500 and 1600 cc Vulcans, all models. The kit is $50 plus shipping which for anywhere in the lower 48 is $20. The kit includes the adapter frame, pins, instructions and a safety ribbon. email me at hbsmalley@aol.com.

Too bad you're getting out of the business. I understand there is only so much demand.

For anybody who is on the fence, these are necessary and Idahos adapters just can't be beat. Even if he charged twice as much, they would still be more than worth it. I had one when I had my 1600 Nomad.

Are you going to send the last one out with an inscription and a certificate of authenticity Bud? Any idea how many of them you've produced over the years?

HA. Nothing that fancy, no fanfare. Just the end of an era.

I don't remember, do you have one?

I had one when I had my 1500, but it went with the bike when I sold it. I have to confess it was not a Bud Smalley Idaho original, but a blatantly plagiarized copy that I fizzed together myself.

I looked into bringing one of yours over to NZ, but the cost of shipping such an item this far made the whole idea completely uneconomical.

I know that I checked shipping to NZ one time but don't remember if it was sold or not. Pretty sure I have shipped to Australia.

Is that 20 plus shipping to the lower 48?

Yes. $70 total. The kit includes the powder coated steel adapter frame, two pins to attach to the bike and a safety ribbon to tie between the mirrors while the frame is on the bike. (TC came up with that idea)

Let me know if you want one.
