Bucket List Rides?

Greetings,

So if TIME and MONEY and LOGISTICS weren't an issue... What RIDES are on your BUCKET list?

Here are my top three:

Want to ride around each of the GREAT LAKES. Lake Michigan is done, four to go.

Want to ride the Adirondacks in upstate New York. This coming August, good Lord willing.

Alaska to Mexico the long way through Canadian Rockies, Banff, US Rockies. Not scheduled, no other details. A month of riding...

So, whats on your Riding Bucket List?
Ride safe,

In 2011, we took 5 weeks and rode from NH through the Rockies and back home again. This summer, we’re planning on the UP and maybe around Lake Superior. Then at some point, the Pacific Northwest and the Canadian Rockies.
So much riding . . . So little time.

All the Great Lakes circles are definitely on the list. As well Route 66, and then full circle of the US (that is a retirement ride).

Ride safe,
Add health to it.

Always wanted to do Alaska and also up to the property I co-own in Maine with my brother. A four corners would be fun too.

I would like to have one year that i could spend driving in USA. Your land has aways fascinated me and maybe someday... At least I would drive the Route 66, or what´s left of it.

Tim, You are correct................. But I'm also starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We are seriously thinking about the Wisconsin rally in June, not defiant yet, but may be possible.

I would like to ride the Dragon just to see if it's any better than Iron Mountain Rd or The Needles Hwy here in the Black Hills.......Pacific NW (US and Canada) has some spectacular rides. US 12 from Idaho to Montana, Going to the Sun Hwy thru Glacier NP, anywhere in southern BC, The Rattlesnake grade in Oregon, there are so many good roads. I've ridden all the ones above except the Dragon. I rode the Three Sisters in Texas hill country a few years ago and was a bit disappointed. Nice country ride but not spectacular.

I'm hoping to go back to southern BC this year.......we'll see.

We rode it both directions last year. Great road. (All of the riding around the Smokey’s is great) just watch for the cagers, the like to hug the centerline on outside corners.
