Just hang in there Mick....slow progress is better than no progress....my arthritis acts up quite a bit when its rainy and cold....my thoughts are with ya....hang tough and text here soon....
About the bike, as you get better, start wrenching sloooow, that way you won't over do it....
Give us a list of things messed up from accident....

Thanks mate. Tank can be fixed, left bag, headlight, and clutch lever/reservoir, need replacing

Thank you I just hIred a mobility scooter to get me out & about.
8mph is painfully slow, but at least i can go down to the pub by the river, and see my mates, swig a few pints, and not worry about drink driving, or speeding, on the way home.

Seriously,... I really did think that. HAHAHA but still, sorry to hear mate, just take it easy, we heal slower when we are older, ask me how I know.

Christ, at only 45 yrs old I feel like I'm sitting at the kiddy table...did I not see the minimum age requirement to own a VN1700? Shit, my son has Ivan's old Voyager and he's only 22...

Thank you for those few kind words sir. And you are right about the 8mph. I tipped it over in the pub garden, while I had it up on 2 wheels. Much to everyones amusement. got to get one of these.
