I have not spent any money on the bike yet this year for gas because it has not been out of the garage. Between fixing stuff on the bike, and the weather, the price of gas for the bike is not hurting me, yet ! The car is a different story although I am glad I got a new job recently and no longer have the 110 mile commute to work and back.

What's the deal with diesel being so expensive? Late '70's, '80's, there was a big push to make diesel running cars the new, big deal consumers should gravitate towards, as diesel is cheaper to make then regular gas. I think it's because diesel doesn't have to be refined as much?

GOOD NEWS !!

Saw two different reports on Fox News tonight. One said prices will continue to rise in spite of drop in oil price. The other said we can expect up to 50 cent decrease per gallon by summer. Somebody needs to step up to the plate and straighten this crap out instead of talking about it. My opinion is that Congress has been bought, and everyone involved in the oil business from extracting it from the ground to products for your car is raping us for their own personal greed.
